Common situations
When the status needs context.
Tracking has not updated
Short gaps can happen between carrier scans, during customs processing, or while a parcel moves between regional partners. Check the official tracker again before contacting support.
The address looks wrong
Contact support promptly with your order email, destination, and tracking number. Address changes are not always possible after fulfillment begins, but early context gives the team the best chance to help.
The carrier says delivered
Check the delivery location, household, building reception, and any carrier photo or notice first. If the parcel is still missing, contact the carrier and 8ight support with the delivery status and order details.
